HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-313 - Resolutions (2) RESOLUTION NO. 04-313A A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA AMENDING SECTION 1 OF RESOLUTION NUMBER 04-313 TO REFLECT POSITIONS AND SALARY RANGES FOR FY 2005-2006 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has determined that it is necessary for the efficient operation and management of the City that policies be established prescribing salary ranges, benefits, and holidays and other policies for employees of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga recognizes that it competes in a marketplace to obtain qualified personnel to perform and provide municipal services, and that compensation and conditions of employment must be sufficiently attractive to recruit and retain qualified employees. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California as follows: Resolution No. 04-313A Page 2 of 6 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June 2005. When acting as Clerk to Commissions $50 paid per night or weekend day meeting. Compensatory time off can be substituted in lieu of $50 at the option of the employee. 2. Up to $150 provided annually toward purchase of approved safety footwear from a city designated vendor. $ Incumbent is entitled to a $50 allowance for attending night or weekend day meeting as long as this position is classified as supervisory/professional.
