A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
HERMOSA AVENUE STREET WIDENING AND PAVEMENT
REHABILITATION FROM HIGHLAND AVENUE TO BANYAN
STREET, CONTRACT NO. 05-011 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Hermosa Avenue Street Widening and Pavement Rehabilitation
from Highland Avenue to Banyan Street, Contract No. 05-011, has been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
