CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
Special Meetinq
A special closed session of the Rancho Cueamonga City Council was held on Monday, August 15, 2005,
in the Tapia Room of the Civic Center located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga,
California. Mayor William J. Alexander called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Present were Councilmembers: Rex Gutierrez, L. Dennis Michael, Sam Spagnolo, Diane Williams and
Mayor William J. Alexander.
Also present were: Jack Lam, City Manager and Dr. Bill Mathis, Facilitator

Mayor Alexander announced the closed session item.
