A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Cooperative Agreement between the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the State
of California for the improvement of the Northbound 1-15 Freeway off-ramp at Foothill
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the project will benefit traffic
circulation in the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement needs to be an executed Agreement
between the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the State of California in order for the project to
be constructed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to delegate authorization to execute this
agreement and any amendments thereto to the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, hereby resolves that said Cooperative Agreement be hereby approved, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Cooperative Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
