A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA AND SAN BERNARDINO ASSOCIATED
GOVERNMENTS (SANBAG), FOR THE UNDERGROUND
CROSSING OF 48" RCP STORM DRAIN AND LATERALS,
LOCATED IN HAVEN AVENUE EASTERLY OF DAKOTA
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA ON THE
BALDWIN PARK BRANCH AT MILE POST 523.91
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Agreement between the City of Rancho Cucamonga and San Bernardino
Associated Governments (SANBAG), for the underground crossing of 48" RCP storm drain and
laterals, located in Haven Avenue easterly of Dakota Avenue in the City of Rancho Cucamonga
on the Baldwin Park Branch at mile post 523.91
WHEREAS, the Agreement is for the installation, maintenance and repair of a
48" RCP storm drain and laterals within SANBAG right of way and are part of the City's Haven
Avenue Street and Storm Drain Project from Baseline Road to the 210 Freeway:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, hereby resolves that said Agreement between SANBAG and City for the installation,
maintenance and repair of a 48" RCP storm drain and laterals be hereby approved and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
