A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION
1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 04-313A TO INCLUDE NEW
POSITIONS AND SALARY RANGES FOR THE ANIMAL CARE
AND SERVICES DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has determined
that it is necessary for the efficient operation and management of the City that policies be
established prescribing salary ranges, benefits, and holidays and other policies for employees of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga recognizes that it
competes in a marketplace to obtain qualified personnel to perform and provide municipal
services, and that compensation and conditions of employment must be sufficiently attractive to
recruit and retain qualified employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California as follows:
