A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING TRACT MAP
NO. 16987, AND ACCEPTING THE MONUMENTATION CASH
DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 16987, submitted by Christian Land Services and
consisting of a subdivision of 4.22 acres of land into 6 parcels, located at the northwest corner of 4t"
Street and Milliken Avenue, in the Mixed Use District(Subarea 18 Specific Plan),was approved by
the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on April 13, 2005; and
WHEREAS,Tract Map No. 16987 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on the Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final
map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Monumentation Cash
Deposit by Christian Land Services, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said
developer be and the same is hereby,approved, and that said Tract Map No. 16987 be and the
same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
