A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT
FROM THE GRANDIN FAMILY CALIFORNIA LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution
No. 81-189 on December 17, 1981, accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from Charles J. and Jacquelyn Hughes and later transferred to The Grandin Family
California Limited Partnership; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on December 30, 1981, as
Document No. 81-282245; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer required.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
from Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map 6582, authorizes the Mayor to sign same and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
