A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
MASTER PLAN TRANSPORTATION FACILITY
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF BACKBONE PORTIONS (MIDDLE 38
FEET) OF MILLER AND ETIWANDA AVENUES, SRA-29
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Master Plan Transportation Facility Reimbursement Agreement submitted by
Pacific Communities, the Developer, for off site improvements in conjunction with the
development of Tracts 15711-1, 15711-2 and 15711, located on both sides of Miller Avenue
between Etiwanda and East Avenues; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at Developer's expense, has completed the required
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested reimbursement for the backbone
(middle 38 feet) portion of the street improvements, as he is entitled per the conditions of
approval for his development, by means of said Reimbursement Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at the time of building permit issuance, has received
fee credit from the Transportation Development Fees in the amounts stipulated in said
Reimbursement Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
