A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP 16488, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
SECURITY CASH DEPOSIT FOR PUBLIC STREET
IMPROVEMENTS, AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT.
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 16488, submitted by Oasis Homes, Inc., and
consisting of 2.27 acres of land for single parcel subdivision for Office Condominium Purposes,
located on the north side of Laurel Street, between Red Oak Street and Aspen Avenue in the
Industrial Park District(Subarea 7)was approved bythe Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga on May 12, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 16488 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final
map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Improvement Securities by
Oasis Homes, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and Improvement
Securities submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and that said Parcel Map No. 16488 be and the same is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
