A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITY RELATED TO CHURCH STREET MEDIAN ISLAND
LANDSCAPING FOR TRACT NO. 16512
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has
for its consideration an Improvement Agreement by KB Home Greater Los Angeles, Inc. as
developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the north side of Church Street and east of Milliken
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the
development of said real property referred to as Tract No. 16512; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement, be and the same is approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and sufficient,
subject to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
