A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT
MAP 16971, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 16971, submitted by Crestwood Corporation
and consisting of a subdivision of 4.35 acres of land into 18 lots, located on the east side of
Hellman Avenue, south of 6th Street, in the Low Medium Residential District (4-8 dwelling units
per acre), was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on
March 23, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map 16971 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on the Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
installation of public street and storm drain improvements by the City Council of said City have
now been met by posting the Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit by
Crestwood Corporation, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement
Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and that said Tract Map 16971 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
