A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
FOR PARCEL MAP NUMBER 17609
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 17609,submitted by Bass Pro Outdoor World and consisting
of 1 Numbered Parcel located on the southeast corner of Church Street and Victoria Gardens Lane
was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on November 9,2005
and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted
pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Bass Pro Outdoor World, as
developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Agreements on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest.
