A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A PORTION OF 6T" STREET FROM THE EXISTING DAY CREEK
CHANNEL BRIDGE, EAST OF HYSSOP DRIVE TO AT & SF
RAILROAD SPUR LINE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
DEVELOPMENT OF PARCEL MAP 15665
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Paragon Santa Anita LLC,the Developer,
for the construction of 6th Street from the existing Day Creek Channel Bridge, east of Hyssop Drive
to AT & SF railroad spur line, in conjunction with the development of Parcel Map 15665; and
WHEREAS,the Developer, at the Developer's expense, has completed the 6th Street
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Reimbursement Agreement be and
the same is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
