A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 16033 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE LANDSCAPE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of landscape improvements for Tract 16033 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the
landscape work is complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the landscape work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
