A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT
MAP NO.17424
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 17424, submitted by UDR Rancho
Cucamonga, L.P., a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation and consisting of a subdivision of
17.3 acres of land into 414 multi-family units, located at the terminus of Civic Center Drive, west
of Haven Avenue, in the Haven Overlay District, was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga on June 22, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 17424 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by UDR Rancho Cucamonga,
L.P., a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Tract Map No.17424 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
