A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP 16574, MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT, IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES FOR PUBLIC
STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS,Tentative Parcel Map 16574, submitted by Martinez Properties, LLC and
consisting of a subdivision of 0.90 acres of land into four lots located on the southwest corner of
Ironwood St. and Teak Way, in the Low Residential District, was approved by the Planning
Commission on December 8, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 16574 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final
map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Improvement Securities and
Monumentation Cash Deposit by Martinez Properties, LLC, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES,that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement Securities,
and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and that said Parcel Map No. 16574 be and the same is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
