A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION BY-LAWS
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby amends the
Rancho Cucamonga Community Foundation By-Laws, Article V, Section 3 to read:
"Six (6) members of the Board of Directors shall be filled by
persons interested in improving cultural, recreational and
human services in the City of Rancho Cucamonga and
appointed by the City Council."
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1999.
