A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY FOR TRAFFIC
SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH DRC2006-
00516 IN THE CITY OF ONTARIO, LOCATED AT THE
INTERSECTION OF 4T" STREET AND GOLDEN OAK ROAD,
SUBMITTED BY WARMINGTON HOMES ONTARIO
ASSOCIATES, L.P.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has
for its consideration an Improvement Agreement by Warmington Homes Ontario Associates,
L..P. as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the south side of 4th Street, at the
intersection with Golden Oak Road, in the City of Ontario;
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the
development of said real property referred to as DRC2006-00516; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and sufficient,
subject to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
