A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR TRACT 16908
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 16908, submitted by HL Homes Corporation
and consisting of a subdivision of 3.74 acres of land into one lot for the development of 41
residential condominiums, located on the north side of Arrow Route, west of Baker Avenue, in
the Medium Residential District (8-14 Dwelling Units per acre), was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on March 23, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map 16908 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on the Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
installation of public street improvements by the City Council of said City have now been met by
posting the Improvement Securities and monumentation cash deposit by HL Homes
Corporation, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement
Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and that said Tract Map 16908 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
