A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
FOR PARCEL MAP NUMBER 17077
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 17077, submitted by Foothill Crossings Rancho, LLC and
consisting of 5 Parcels located on the southeast corner of Day Creek Blvd. and Foothill Blvd. was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on April 12, 2006 is in
compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to
that Act; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Foothill Crossings Rancho, LLC, as
developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Agreements on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest.
