HomeMy WebLinkAbout06-396 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 06-396 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP NO.17923 WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 17923, submitted by Dekel, LLC., a California Limited Liability Corporation and consisting of a subdivision converting 10 existing residential rental units into 10 residential condominiums on 1.03 acres of land, located at 9356 19`" Street, east of Hellman Avenue, in the Medium Residential District (8-14 dwelling units per acre), was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on July 26, 2006; and WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 17923 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by Dekel, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as developer; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Tract Map No.17923 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
