A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR TRACT 17435
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 17435, submitted by KB Home Greater Los
Angeles Inc and consisting of a subdivision of 14 77 gross acres of land into 10 numbered and
2 lettered lots for the development of 10 single family detached homes and 135 residential
condominium units located on the south side of Church Street between haven and Center
Avenues in the Flood Control District (Mixed Use District) was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on April 12 2006 and
WHEREAS, Tract Map 17435 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on the Tentative Tract Map and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
installation of public street and storm drain improvements by the City Council of said City have
now been met by posting the Improvement Securities and monumentation cash deposit by KB
Home Greater Los Angeles Inc as developer and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreements Improvement
Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreements on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and that said Tract Map 17435 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record
