A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING MASTER
AGREEMENT ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE
AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS (AGREEMENT
NO. 08-5420R) AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN
SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga is eligible to receive Federal and/or
State Funding for certain transportation projects, through the California Department of
Transportation and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund
Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the
California Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga approves Master Agreement Administering Agency-State Agreement for
Federal Aid (Agreement No. 08-5420R)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the
above mentioned agreement.
