SPECIAL MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER .
A special meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga City Council, Fire Protection District and Redevelopment Agency
was held on Friday, December 15, 2006, in Celebration Hall at the Cultural Center located at 12505 Cultural
Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. Mayor/Chairman/President Donald J. Kurth, M.D. called the
meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
Present were Councilmembers/Boardmembers/Agencymembers: Rex Gutierrez; L. Dennis Michael, Sam
Spagnolo, Diane Williams, and Mayor/PresidenUChairman Donald J. Kurth.
Also present were: Jack Lam, City Manager, and Pamela Easter, Assistant City Manager.
B. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
No communication was made from the public.
C. ITEM(S) OF BUSINESS
C1. DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, CONSENSUS
BUILDING AND PRIORITIES - Dr. Bill Mathis Facilitator
Dr. Bill Mathis, Facilitator, led the team building efforts.
The Council/Fire Board/Agency agreed to meet again in January 2007 to discuss goal setting.
D. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
