A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR HAVEN AVENUE
REHABILITATION, FROM FOOTHILL BOULEVARD TO BASE
LINE ROAD, CONTRACT NO. 98-043 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements
Rehabilitation, from Foothill Boulevard to Base Line Road, Contract
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
for the Haven Avenue
No. 98-043 has been
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves,
that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
