A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCH CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SENIOR CENTER PARKING LOT
EXPANSION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 98-008 AND
AUTHORIZING TE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Senior Center Parking
Lot Expansion Project, Contract No. 98-008 has been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
complete.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed certifying the work
NOW, THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1998.
