A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL
TRACT MAP 15814 IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 15814, submitted by Fieldstone
Communities, Inc. and consisting of 191 lots, was approved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga on June 24, 1998, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map
Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 15814 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final rnap by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreements guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Securities by Fieldstone Communities, Inc.,
as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Map offering for
dedication, for street, highway and related purposes, the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreements and said
Improvement Securities submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and
the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreements on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for dedication and the final
map delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 15814 is hereby approved and the City Engineer
is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1999.
