A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING EASEMENT
AGREEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 97-17
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for
its consideration an Easement Agreement by Bruce and Mathilda McBride as developer, for the
improvement of a private storm drain facility specifically described therein, and generally located
the southerly portion of parcel 1 for the benefit of parcel 2, both parcels of Parcel Map 4929, PMB
47/80 in the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such storm drainage improvements, described in said
Easement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the
development of said real property referred to as D.R. 97-17.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Easement Agreement be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and
the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto and is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record; and
2. That said Easement Agreement is accepted as good and sufficient,
subject to approval as to form and content thereof by the City
Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1998.
