A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDED
TRACT MAPS NUMBER 15727-1, 15727-2 AND 15727-3
WHEREAS, Amended Tentative Tract Map No. 15727, submitted by Cornerpointe
85 and 257, LLC, and consisting of 342 single-family lots and a neighborhood park located at the
intersection of Fourth Street and Cucamonga Creek Flood Control Channel, bordered by Sixth
Street on the north, was approved by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on
September 2, 1998, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance
No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Amended Tract Maps No. 15727-1, 15727-2, and 15727-3 are phased portions
of the final map of the division of land approved as shown on said Amended Tentative Tract Map;
and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of these final maps
by the City Council of said City have been met by the existing Improvement Agreement guaranteed
by acceptable Improvement Security by Cornerpointe 85 and 257, LLC as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Maps offering for dedication, for
street, highway and related purposes, the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
HEREBY RESOLVES, that said existing Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
previously provided with Tract Maps No. 15727-1, 15727-2 and 15727-3 shall continue to apply
towards Amended Tract Maps No. 15727-1, 15727-2 and 15727-3; and that the offers for
dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Amended Tract Maps No. 15727-1,
15727-2 and 15727-3 are hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same
to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1998.
