A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE DRAINAGE REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT -030 WITH THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, TO CONSIDER ANNUAL
DEFERMENT OF PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency (Agency) on June 4,
1997, entered a Reimbursement Agreement for installation of a portion of a master planned storm
drain; and
WHEREAS, the Agency received reimbursement for Fiscal Year 96/97 from said
drainage reimbursement agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga has requested the Agency amend the
Agreement to annually consider defermerit of reimbursement for Fiscal Years 97/98, 98/99 and
99/00. By deferring payment, the other reimbursement agreements will receive all of the
reimbursement fund and by that bring their agreements nearer to closure; and
WHEREAS, for each year that the Agency defers payment, their ten (10) year limit
on reimbursement will be extended by a year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said amended reimbursement
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
amended reimbursement agreement and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
