BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS
These items were continued from the July 11, 2001, Historic Preservation Commission meeting
Staff has since received a letter from the applicant withdrawing the Landmark Alteration request
The applicant has Indicated plans to submit new applications as soon as possible.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Landmark Designation DRC2001-00337 be continued to be processed
concurrently with the new development application
