A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LICENSE
AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
MASTER PLAN STORM DRAIN NUMBER 513 WITHIN THE
SANBAG RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, has for its
consideration an Agreement by San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG), for
maintenance by the City of Rancho Cucamonga Master Plan Storm Drain within the SANBAG
right-of-way, and generally located south of Humbolt Avenue and east of Deer Creek Channel;
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Maintenance Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the
development of said real property referred to as Tract 17382.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, as follows:
1. That said License Agreement be and the same is approved and the
City Engineer is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City.
