acre) abutting the Demens-Tolstoy Historical Home, located west of
Archibald Avenue and north of Hillside Road -APN 1061-561-05

Pre-Application Review to consider a conceptual design concept for the
proposed development of 90 condommwm urnts on 7 24 acres of land in
the Foothill Distracts (Subarea 1), located on the north side of Foothill
