A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP 17939, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 1.7939, submitted by Rock-Haven LLC, and
consisting of 4.71 acres of land for subdivision for 8 office buildings, located on the east side of
Haven Boulevard, south of Sixth Street, in the Industrial Park District (Subarea 6) was approved
by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on December 13, 2006; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 17939 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Improvement
Securities by Rock-Haven LLC, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and Improvement
Securities submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and that said Parcel Map No. 17939 be and the same is hereby approved and the
City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
