A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 17797 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 17797)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 17797, submitted by RC Hyssop, LLC
and Winfield Enterprises, LLC and consisting of five (5) Industrial Condominium units, located at
9272 Hyssop Drive, being a division of land was approved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga on June 13, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 17797 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map Number 17797 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
