A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 18209 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 18209)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 18209, submitted by Rock-Jersey
LLC and consisting of 4 numbered and 1 lettered lots, located on the south east corner of
Haven Avenue and Jersey Boulevard being a division of 6.75 acres was approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on December 13, 2006; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 18209 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map Number 18209 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
