A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 17988 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 17988)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 17988, submitted by Jersey Partners
1, LLC and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the south side of Jersey Boulevard between
Rochester Avenue and Boston Place being a division of 2.80 net acres was approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on January 24, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 17988 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map Number 17988 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
