FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
A special meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga City Council, Redevelopment Agency and Fire Protection District
was held on Monday, June 18, 2007, in Celebration Hall (South) at the Rancho Cucamonga Cultural Center
located at 12505 Cultural Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. Mayor Pro TemNice ChairmanNice
President Diane Williams called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present were Councilmembers/Boardmembers/Agencymembers: Rex Gutierrez; L. Dennis Michael, Sam
Spagnolo, and Mayor Pro TemNice ChairmanNice President Diane Williams.
Also present were: Jack Lam, City Manager/Executive Director, Pamela Easter, Assistant City Manager;
James Markman, City Attorney/Legal Counsel; Mahdi Aluzri, Deputy City Manager/Community Development;
and John Gillison, Deputy City Manager/Administrative Services.
Absent was: Mayor/PresidenUChairman Donald J. Kurth

No communication was made from the public.
C. ITEM(S) OF BUSINESS
C1. DISCUSSION OF ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SURVEY AND COUNCIL TEAM BUILDING
REVIEW - Dr. Bill Mathis Facilitator
Dr. Bill Mathis, Facilitator, led the discussion. The Organizational Development Survey was discussed with the
Council. Previous team building topics were also reviewed.
D. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
