A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 18543
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 18543, submitted by Wen Pin Chang
and Mei Cheng Chang, co-trustees under the Chanwq Revocable Trust and consisting of four
condominium units on one parcel, located at 9850 6` Street, being a division of 0.88 acres of
land was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on May 23,
2007; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 18543 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map Number 18543 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
