HomeMy WebLinkAbout07-245 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 07-245 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 16311 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on October 17, 2007, by Crestwood Corporation, as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located at the southeast corner of Hellman Avenue and 6th Street; and WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in the said Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of said Tract 16311; and WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement Extension. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that the said Improvement Agreement Extension and the said Improvement Security be the same, are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
