A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
HIGHLAND AVENUE GATES AT HIGHLAND AVENUE EAST
OF SAN BENITO AVENUE AND FAIRMONT WAY NORTH OF
KENYON WAY, CONTRACT NO. 07-049 AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Highland Avenue gates at Highland Avenue east of San Benito
Avenue and Fairmont Way north of Kenyon way, Contract No. 07-049, has been completed to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
