A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
(DISTRICT AGREEMENT NO. 8-1354) FOR THE NEW
INTERCHANGE AT I-15/ARROW ROUTE AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SIGN SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires a new interchange on
Interstate 15 (1-1 5)/Arrow Route and
WHEREAS, a Project Development Cooperative Agreement (District Agreement
No. 8-1354) must be executed with the California Department of Transportation for such
improvements to the State Highway System (SHS) and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga approves the Project Development Cooperative Agreement (District
Agreement No. 8-1354)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the
above mentioned agreement.
