A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 17836 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 17836)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 17836, submitted by William Fox
Group and consisting of 4 parcels, located on the West Side of Hyssop Drive, North of 6th
Street, being a division of 2.2 acres was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 17836 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Parcel Map Number 17836, be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present to the County Recorder to be
filed for record.
