A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIiFORNIA, APPROVING AN
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT ~D liMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
FOR CUP 97-19
WHEREAS, the City Council of:the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Califo~rnia, has for
its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed by American Stores Properties, Inc., as
developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located at the northwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and Vineyard
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation, of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, iis to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property as referred to Planning Commission, CUP 97-19; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Securities., which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient, subject
to approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1999.
