1. CALL TO ORDER

Planning Commission: Barker, Mc Niel, Rempel, Stout, King
II. CONSIDERATION OF AGENDA ITEMS
1. Discussion of City Policies regarding density issues in areas adjacent
to single family residences.
2. Discussion regarding feasibility of narrowing general plan density
ranges.
3. Discussion of Design Review Process. Now that our newest commissioners
have had sufficient time to become familiar with the design review
process, this may be an appropriate time to discuss whether improvements
to the process are in order.
4. Discussion of Foothill Community Plan - Annexation.
5. Progross Report on preparation of Zoning Ordinance to implement density
ranges related to design and performance standards.
6, Role of the Commission in assuring a quality community through its
de',- tnpment review.
7. Discussion of relationship of Planning Commission to other Commissions.
B. Windrow Preservation. It is important th ?t, the issue of windrow
preservation in the Etiwanda Community be discussed by both the City
Council and the Planning Commission.
