A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT SRA-41 TO ESTABLISH
NEW CONTRIBUTION IN LIEU OF CONSTRUCTION AMOUNTS
TO BE PAID BY FUTURE DEVELOPMENT FOR CIRCULATION
IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RANCHO ETIWANDA AREA AND
RESCENDING THE PREVIOUS AGREEMENT MARCH 21, 2007
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has approved a
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Rancho Etiwanda 685, LLC, the Developer, for area-
wide circulation improvements in conjunction with the development of Rancho Etiwanda, located
on the both sides of Day Creek Boulevard north of the 210 Freeway, and
WHEREAS, two of the clauses in Paragraph 4 of said Reimbursement
Agreement conflict with the underlying Development Agreement, 00-02, for Rancho Etiwanda;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Reimbursement Agreement be replaced with
one that is consistent with said Development Agreement, which be and the same is hereby
approved and the major is hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk attest thereto.
