A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
SUMMARY VACATION OF EXCESS DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LOCATED 5830 BUCKTHORN AVENUE, NORTH OF
MANZANITA DRIVE — APN: 1062-121-16

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
SUMMARY VACATION OF EXCESS DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LOCATED, 5830 BUCKTHORN AVENUE NORTH OF
MANZANITA DRIVE - APN: 1062-121-16
WHEREAS, the of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized to summarily
vacate the excess Drainage Easement; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found by all the evidence submitted that
the excess Drainage Easement is not required for Drainage purposes; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga herby
makes its order summarily vacating excess Drainage Easement,
as described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B".
SECTION 2: That the subject vacation shall be subject to the reservation and
exception, if any, for existing utilities on record.
SECTION 3: That from and after the date the Resolution is recorded, said
excess Drainage Easement no longer constitutes a public
easement.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of. San.
Bernardino County, California.
SECTION 5: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
resolution, and it shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
