Special Closed Session
A. CALL TO ORDER
A special closed session of the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency/Fire Protection DistricUCity
Council was held on Thursday, December 20, 2007, at the Rancho Cucamonga Cultural Center -
Celebration Hall, located at 12505 Cultural Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Chairman/President/Mayor Donald J. Kurth called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
Present were Councilmembers: Rex Gutierrez, L. Dennis Michael, Sam Spagnolo, Diane Williams and
Mayor Donald J. Kurth.
Also present were: Jack Lam, City Manager; Pamela Easter, Assistant City Manager; James Markman,
Legal Counsel/City Attorney; Jahn Gillison, Deputy City Manager/Administrative Services; and Dr. Bill
Mathis, Facilitator.
B. ANNOUNCEMENT OE CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Kurth announced the closed session item.
C. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS ON CLOSED SESSION ITEM
No communication was made from the public.
D. CONDUCT OF CLOSED SESSION
D1. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY PER GOVERNMENT
CODE SECTION 54957.
Mayor Pro Tem Williams left the meeting at 7:40 p.m.
E. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m. with no action taken.
