A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITY FOR DRC2005-00852
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has
for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on February 20, 2008 by Thomas G.
Montes as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located at 6795 Etiwanda Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the
development of said real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security are hereby approved and the Mayor is herby authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Ran6ho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
